It's just simply about The Home Baker where food are prepared with love and patience. I'm typical Malaysian born Chinese, raising up in Ipoh and currently relocate to Chemor, Perak. My passion about cooking is preparing healthy foods without adding much artificial colouring, flavouring and chemical preservative. I always believes eating natural good foods is one of the main source of maintaining healthy bodies.

Both my lovely granny and mummy raised me up in the kitchen ever since I was just a little girl. Some recipes in this blog are inspired from their daily cooking. My granny is a Hakka origin and her cooking is super-delicious. Her cooking trademarks is the Hakka Style Yong Tau Fu 酿豆腐and Steam Yam with Pork Meat 芋头扣肉. As for my lovely mummy, she was raise up in a Hokkien family and she cooks great Hokkien, Nyonya and western cuisines. She bakes perfect red velvet cupcakes and carrot muffins.

My hubby is the main food tester of all my cookings. Being a freelance photographer, he always carry his Canon DSLR camera whenever my cooking is ready. All the photos in this blog is truly my husband orginal masterpiece. Please do not make copies of the pictures without informing.
